Services - Building Maintenance
Every commercial facility needs building maintenance services throughout the year. MinnClean not only offers commercial cleaning services, but building maintenance services that many of our competitors don’t offer. Here is a partial list of building maintenance services provided by MinnClean:
- Changing light bulbs and recycling old bulbs
- Changing furnace filters
- Vacuuming up water leaks (ie: overflowed toilet)
- Minor repairs such as leaky faucets, loose dispensers, loose toilet seats, replacing toilet tank parts.
- Minor repairs include most any repair service that does not require a professional license (ie: plumber’s license or electrician license)
- Snow removal and putting down ice melt (sidewalks only)
